Profanity a Felony?

This is why we love South Carolina. Robert Ford, a Democrat and a state senator, has introduced a bill that would make speaking or writing profanity a felony, punishable by a 5,000 dollar fine or up to 5 years in prison.  Oh, yeah, and writing and disseminating profanity?  That’s a felony too.

Keep it classy, SC.
